During several months we have accomplished eight different projects on various locations in the Czech Republic. We considered them to be materializations of our attitude towards public spaces and architecture as such.
There are several conditions our structures usually fulfill. These conditions were not artificially postulated rather than that they naturally emerged from the context.
We have always worked with the lowest funds possible, simple constructional principles and often with very elementary forms.
We have often searched for wasted and unused materials which gained new meaning and use by their incorporation.
We have usually worked on small scale projects. The idea of sustainability which is a natural thought behind the projects is our way of addressing contemporary lifestyle. Our projects are an opposite of luxury and consumerism. We are offering fully working alternative.
Each of our projects is an opportunity. We invite people interested to places they would most probably not visit by themselves.
For this purpose, we make use of public spaces. But our interventions are non-violent although we often ignore legitimate ways.
