This is a collaborative effort. A friend of mine designed and modeled the house and created the drawings. I pulled the model in and rendered it. His quote "I just took a green power course that got me thinking about designing a home that required fewer extras; I wanted to create lots of windows to bring the outside in." He modeled the house in AutoCAD. I used Carrara 8 Pro to do the rendering and some of the texturing, with a figure and clothing from DAZ Studio. His clothes are Cold Life, created by SWAM and Silencer. The stonework wall and the grass in the closeup are from the Ecomantics package made by DimensionTheory over at DAZ. The clouds seen in the eye-level view were also created by DimensionTheory and are part of his Cloud 9 package. My inspiration in the choosing of the terrain and the landscaping was to show a way to make use of a terraced landscape. Less
